At Fowler High Precision, we stand behind the accuracy and quality of our measurement tools. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Request an RMA

  Contact our customer service department to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before shipping any products back to our facility.

  Pack Securely

  Place the precision instrument in its original protective case and shipping box, ensuring all manuals, calibration certificates, and accessories are included.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the package and ship the item via a traceable carrier to the address provided by our support team.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the tool's condition and calibration integrity, we will process your refund or dispatch your replacement within 5-7 business days.
